Welcome to El Rey Farms. We sell Hatch New Mexico Green chile when it is in season. The season is in August and September. We start taking orders for the chile on July 15th. We bring in 4 to 5 loads of chile each year. You place an order for the type of chile you want(Mild, Medium, Hot or Extra Hot) You choose a pickup date and pickup time. We sell the chile Fresh or Roasted.

Medium also known as Big Jim. It is one of the largest chiles. It has just a little bit of bite to it.
